We have created our new executive rooms with careful attention to detail to offer
a boutique hotel look and feel. All are stylishly furnished to the highest standard
and equipped with LCD televisions, Sky Digital, DVD/CD players, iPod stations, minibars,
laundry service and ironing facilities, and executive rooms also benefit from free
use of the hotel’s DVD library.
The new top quality beds boast pocket sprung mattresses and the finest cotton linen
for maximum comfort and a great night’s sleep.
Room service is available between 7am and 11pm, we offer a complimentary daily newspaper,
and there is free wifi access anywhere in the hotel. All the rooms are non-smoking.

An airy and stylish place for breakfast, with a choice of continental or traditional
English menus, the Brasserie makes a perfect start to your day.
For lunch and dinner we offer a choice of à la carte and set menus featuring a selection
of international dishes, complemented by a wine list sourced from the old and new
worlds.
Dinner at the Brasserie is relaxed and casual, attracting discerning locals as well
as hotel residents.
We welcome bookings for conferences (up to 30 people) and private dinners (up to

The Admiral de Saumarez bar at the Duke of Normandie is set in one of the oldest
parts of the building, dating back to the late 17th century.
A St Peter Port institution, the Admiral attracts a mix of Guernsey locals and hotel

timbers, flagstones and artefacts.
The Admiral offers traditional English pub meals at lunch and dinner.
